I can’t remember a single incident when I’ve been dissatisfied with their service apart from maybe once having trouble getting through to speak to someone in person through their telephone system.
They seem pretty good to me. Not sure what else a bank could do to provide better service except perhaps send someone round to give me an oily hand job under my desk.
