I’m from Portugal and next week I’m going to an interview regarding a job as a chef in Shanghai.
I really have no idea what to expect in terms of salary. I know the package will include housing and trip but I have no idea how much they are expecting to pay me.
It’s not for a hotel, it will be a small wine shop that want me to develop dishes to open a new restaurant.
Can any of you guys give a rough idea on how much is it a decent net salary for a chef position in Shanghai?
Also, if I want to enter the private chef business, is there any website I should consider looking into?
