Ok. Some further info. My friend is a broker. He establishes agreements for the supply of commodities in and out of China; such as construction products (cement, clinker, etc) out of China and products such as iron ore into China.
Can he just do this with a company established outside of Mainland China or does he need a WFOE or a Rep Office or what?
