Once you arrive in Bangkok, there will be many fascinating things waiting for you to explore; from having a ride on Tuk Tuk to visiting the legendary Emerald temple. Regardless of your activities, the thing you can’t avoid is to face with the notorious Bangkok weather; it will drain your energy and you will get exhausted easily.
Even though the notorious Bangkok weather is inescapable, there are ways to deal with it. Today I’m going to show you one of the ways that will definitely recharge your power and relax you mind from a tiring day.
Ladies and gents, I’m presenting you Thara Massage.
f you want a peaceful massage place with a reasonable price, Thara massage is the place for you. One thing I forgot to mention above is that, comparing with Health land, the most famous massage place in Bangkok, Thara massage is less crowded and it is also cheaper (50 Thai Baht cheaper for Aroma oil massage and 100 Thai Baht cheaper for Thai massage). Plus, I personally think that its service is better.
Before or after the massage, you can also go to some famous places around Rama 3 road such as HOBs at Canapaya, Tawandaeng German brewery, Sortrel, the Up Rama 3 and many more)
Its location is probably the only thing that will drive you away from this beautiful place as it’s not in Bangkok City Center but, if you take the good things above into account, Thara massage is worth a visit.
How to get there?
he best way to get there is to take Bangkok BTS to Surasak station and then, take exit 2. After that, get a taxi. Tell your driver to take you to Thara massage on Rama 3 Road. As there is a chance that the driver doesn’t know where exactly it is, you can give this Thai address to him; ธารา มาสซาจ ถนนพระราม 3 อยู่ใกล้กับโรงงานวาโก้และวัดไทร (อยู่แถวบริเวณใต้สะพานพระราม 9).
* If you want to show him the map above, tell him not to use the toll (the blue line in the map), use the grey one on the left instead (trust me, you will reach the destination faster).
