GuestHi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I can’t afford my tax accountant and I haven’t filed last year’s yet, and still need to file this year. But I am married to a British citizen. I have a dual citizen soon born in march 2018. No more us income. I’ve been on mat leave and working part time in the last 2 years so I don’t make enough to even pay taxes here in the UK.
Should I file married separately? And put NRA for partner’s SSN.
Or can I do head of household and claim my son? Is that something you can do with zero income?
TIA
